HAVEN PARK

The exterior of this new building is reminiscent of Art Deco style. The brick facade is accented with stone and metal details around the windows. The mansard shaped roof is covered with metallic shingles that also enclose the mechanical equipment. The buildable square footage of the building is approximately 45,000 square feet. 

The building entrance includes a sunken garden entry to the lobby. This lower main lobby level includes a restaurant, work spaces, a gym, and elevators to the parking garage and hotel tower above, which included a total of 71 guest rooms.

The 2nd level of the building is an attended parking garage which can accommodate up to 53 cars. The roof of this parking level serves as an open green space for use by the guests of the hotel tower above.
