BROOKLYN multi use building
76 North 6th Street is a mixed use building in Williamsburg, Brooklyn in NYC. It features a double height commercial space at the ground level (25' ceilings) that is accessible from the street level through glass doors and a monolithic folding glass door that spans the entire height of the ground floor facade. The 3 residential units above are floor-through 3 bedroom units that each have large terraces facing the streetscape. The facade is detailed with aluminum composite panels that serve as both ornamental cladding and rain screen.
